What locations do we serve ?
We provide plumbing services in the greater toronto area including but not limited to Burlington, Oakville, Mississauga, Brampton, and the downtown core.
What are your hours of operation ?
We are open from Monday to Friday from 8am – 4pm. Service can be scheduled on saturday for an extra fee on a as needed basis.
Do you give estimates over the phone ?
Plumbing work is complex and requires attention to detail. Because of this we only provide estimates after we have looked at the job in person in order to insure the clients needs are taken care of best.
Do you offer 24/7 emergency service ?
At Thor Plumbing we provided our client with fast reliable services during our hours of operation.we do not offer after hours services. Any service needed after hours will be tended to by a technician as soon as available.
What is your warranty ?
We pride ourselves on exceptional service and workmanship here at Thor Plumbing. Should an issue or question regarding our services aries contact us and we will have a technician tend to the matter.
